Your worries have come true, Man United will definitely not qualify for the UCL League. Never mind qualifying for the UCL league, they also didn't qualify for the European league and European conference league. Initially I saw that Manchester United would get better after being coached by Erik ten Hag because last season they actually performed better, but this season Manchester United has slumped again and doesn't even look like a strong team, sometimes they lose against weak teams.
In fact, it is not surprising to see Man United's failure by not qualifying for either the UCL or Europa League. Yes, because their performance this season is not that good. Indeed, sometimes they are quite promising and compete quite awesomely, but often they look hilariously disappointing. Ah well, we know that often the tactics and methods used by Ten Hag are quite controversial and are still used. So yes, it is possible that Man United needs more extra time to change to be much better in the next few seasons.

Man Utd has a chance to finish in 7th position if they win the match against Brighton and Newcastle lose to Brentford, this season Man Utd continues to show their poor performance, even throughout the season, they have lost 14 times, this is a bad statistic, I don't know whether the rumors circulating will come true and in my opinion changing the coach is the best choice for Man Utd management to do because Ten Hag has not shown a big contribution to Man Utd.
Yes, if that happens. but I think Newcastle will not easily hand over its current position to Man United. Honestly, being in 7th place this season and out of UCL qualification for Newcastle must be pretty bad, compared to their achievements last season. So, for the last time they compete, I am sure that Newcastle will give their best efforts to win. But yes, the only way for Man United to finish in 7th position is for Newcastle to lose to Brentford and Man United to win against Brighton. But actually, the stronger opponent that Man United will face is Brighton rather than Brentford.
