What the management of Manchester United and Ten Hag must improve for next season is to find players who are able to liven up their attack line very actively. So that Manchester United itself can see players who are really skilled at providing passes from midfield to attack so that there are slight changes that Manchester United can feel next season. Apart from that, Ten Hag himself must also be able to create better ways to train his players because at Manchester United there are already young players who need to get more attention.
There are many things that need to be improved by Man United management because so far they have faced many problems, especially regarding players who are quite selfish when playing on the field and they consider themselves to be senior players. Apart from having to look for creative midfielders, Man United also has to think about defense because this season many players have suffered injuries so they cannot play to help Man United.

The front line is good in my opinion, they just need a few touches to make them more dangerous. It just remains how Erik Ten Hak tries to make players play more responsibly and work harder on the field. Young players also show good skills but do not get much support from senior players.
MU leadership needs to review the team as a whole, and what factors they lack that cause failure this season. But whatever the cause, Ten Hag must be one of the people most responsible. An unformed playing style, a half-lean, half-fat approach to the game, and an unsynchronized pressing system cause MU to often leave a lot of space to create opportunities for opponents to score. From a certain perspective, keeping Ten Hag with MU is a somewhat logical decision. Maybe Erik Ten Hag should be given more time? This season, MU has to replace more people in the starting lineup than Chelsea and only less than Brighton. Injuries are not a simple thing to overcome. MU overcoming the injury storm to compete in the European Cup is too difficult—and one more thing. Erik Ten Hag is not a coach good at managing players in the locker room. Perhaps many players are not happy with him. A team that is not united cannot develop. I consider this to be the leading cause that needs to be resolved by the Board of Directors first.
