I often feel like they have no insight into bc accounts actually? They ask for screenshots of thing they normally should be able to see when they look on their screen, I don't get it. Then you get standard replies like "delete cache and cookies" or log out and back in and so on. These actions have no merit when your problem is like a missing money or whatever.
BCgame team is already working to improve their support system. They have opened job offer on their LinkedIn page several times in the last few months for hiring support agent. Looks like they are still looking for some support agent member. I have seen the support agent to request the screenshot of the issues on other casino too. But deleting the cache and cookies won't solve the problem which you are facing in BCgame now.I am ready to remove all bad reviews from two representatives. If there are fans of this casino on this forum and are ready to sponsor me for $50, I will delete all reviews. Nothing personal.
