Avoid coins.game. They've just asked for KYC after I submitted a wd request and then when I submitted my KYC they said they would take 14 working days to process. Lo and behold, they have closed my account and stolen all my funds - over 8k.
Please provide a detailed narrative of this accusation on this board https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0 to make this report official and help forum users aware about your issue against this casino.
This casino receives a lot of complaints without any response from the casino representatives. A case like yours with valid proof will help the DT to provide necessary feedback against this casino reputation here in the forum.
You can use this thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=260073.0 as guidline on how to create a scam accusation thread against this casino.
If he already came to the forum, he could probably make a thread in the scam accusation section, with all the evidence. I doubt it will help him, it's been clear for a long time that coins.game is done with the forum and there's little chance we will see them again, but it can help other players (mostly new) by warning them about the shady behavior of this casino.
Lots of complaints about the coins.game casino, both here on the forum and review sites. I didn't notice that even one complaint was resolved positively, they don't seem to care about all those complaints and are just waiting for us all to forget them.
I don’t argue to your opinion because it’s correct and I knew this fact. My suggestion is to have an official evidence to tag this casino as scammer through multiple scam accusation with proof since the casino representative account is still doesn’t have any negative feedback from the DT despite multiple scam accusations against this casino.

Having a scam accusation thread can be use as reference for the negative tag and possibly flag due to the damage done to the players. This will serve as warning to players that will visit this thread.

It would be foolish to jump to a conclusion based on only one side. We have not heard anything from the other side.

What I would say is to present a record of what the victim has said in support. And I would like to ask the victim that you have been asked to wait 14 working days, have those 14 days already expired? If not, you should wait 14 days to see if they respond to you.

The amount he has withdrawn is really a huge amount, most of the casinos will want to investigate such huge amount withdrawals and ask for KYC verification, it is normal. You wait 14 days and bring up the conversation with support. I sincerely wish your problem is solved and you get rid of the damage.

Duke

Well that's right its hard to jump on certain conclusion while we didn't here on both sides yet. So maybe its best to wait for certain things based on what they have been discussed. If 14 days has been passed already which the victim could verify and nothing happens yet then maybe by that time its proper to post a scam accusation against them. But since this case is already been publicized I guess a lot of people is now watching to see what's going on in this case since if Coins.game will decide to scam the victim then I guess this will be the end of their business here since for sure no one will trust them anymore.

I also do hope to get a proper solution on the victim issue and get what he deserve to got. It will be so bad if we see them runaway just because of this case since that means they are not really doing a good business and hard to trust with more larger amounts.
