If Ancelotti used the main lineup and ordered the players the play all out, Alexander Sørloth won't have a chance to score 3 goals.
Anyway, in most career of Alexander Sørloth, he is often playing as a loan player. He very often loaned by his team to another team to have an opportunity to play. I'm not sure to call Alexander Sørloth as a top striker if he only becomes a top scorer in this season only. He needs to prove it again in the next season.
