The success of an altcoin doesn't just depends on the bull market bro, perhaps it's not all altcoins that usually pumps during bull run. If an altcoin must be successful the CEO of the project have to promote their coins too before it can use the advantage of Bitcoin bull Run to pump. Don't expect every altcoin to pump this season because it will not happen.

Of course that is very true and relevant. The role of the development team in developing the project is also very important, meaning that the project will live and not stagnate without further innovation.
If a coin sees some growth right out of the gate, it would only be a moment until they need to check what further improvements can be done. One issue that could lead to the downfall of a coin is when there’s so much investors and the scalability issues go up.

That would be one of the things the developers need to take a look at.

This means that what is written in their white paper is really done by the team and fulfilled. Apart from that, there are also initiatives for many events to attract new users to come and buy the products.
Having initial investors wouldn’t be enough they always need to be attracting new people. Even if their current investors are already spreading information about it, they still need to give extra effort to promote their project.
