We are seeing that the community keeps talking about flags or something. Could you please guide us as to what/where that is so we could add our side, too?
We are fresh out of a call with the accounting team lead and as of 30 minutes ago, there are less than 10 pending withdrawals which will be handled soon. They report of 2 withdrawal requests that are still pending and were placed more than 24 hours ago. They will also be handled very soon and the users will be compensated. We confirm that the users from notblox1's screenshot has successfully withdrawn their funds. Feel free to share your side, too

They keep talking about the negative flags since they don't expect that a new casino will easily perform like this that's why don't get surprise for some negative discussion since those people try to experience the worst is free to share their experience that's why we have this discussion ongoing.
It maybe good that you solve some of the issue but don't expect that it can eliminate the negative thoughts of people since for sure they still have doubts to gamble again on your casino since for sure those people don't like to experience again what they experience earlier. Now for sure you will get a hard time to get the trust back of people and if you want to continue your business here then I guess you should perform more better and pay the other pending request of other people.
