I started doing Push-Ups long before this Challenge Started. I barely do 20 Push-Ups a day but as time goes on I started hitting more than 30 Push-Ups a day. The more you exercise your body,the more the Push-Ups become less Harder and less stressful to you.
That is true. I could barely do five pushups a day when I started (with one strong arm) and now I do 25. My goal is to hit 100 pushups a day before bitcoin hits 100K or 10K.
