You were so lucky to get that much with Plat 1 stake account, I got $100 with my Plat 5 stake account (I believe I filled the form not long time after you did it).
Lucky for me that I could withdraw more than $500 from the $100 they gave, but I'm still confused with the email they sent to me after I received the $100 as they told me that I'm not eligible for the VIP transfer promo.
The reason why I'm not eligible as they informed me in the email is that because I have funded my metawin account before.
I've played here before few months back and made 1-2 deposit IIRC before I tried this VIP transfer.
I'm not complaining though because I made a nice profit already, maybe I'd have complained if I did not receive anything with the above mentioned reason in the email.
Oh sorry my computation was wrong. I only got 175$ from Metawin VIP Bonus but only managed to withdraw something 50$. I think they might mishandled the VIP transfer because even me that I already provided all the details they want but still got another email asking for my additional screenshots that show your lifetime stats (e.g. total deposits and total wagers), as well as your username. I give it all again and nothing happens until now.
