I am also curious about Juventus plans too. Montero is legend but being caretaker coach might just be temporary. He might be considered for main coach job next season but it's not very likely. Juventus usually chooses coaches with lot of experience so they will probably look for someone like that. I am also excited to see which new players will join and who will leave to make room for new talent. Juventus needs to get stronger to compete for the Scudetto and I am looking forward to seeing what they do this summer.
Paolo Montero was once a Juventus player and he has won many awards with Juventus in his time. He was no doubt a Juventus player, but this season is different, he is no longer a player and he has decided to become a coach, but he doesn't really have much experience coaching a club and Currently he has been appointed by Juventus to be interim coach until the end of the season while looking at developments that will occur at the Juventus club in the future. If he shows good development, maybe he will be contracted by Juventus as club manager and not just temporarily, maybe for one season. I'm also curious what efforts will Paolo Montero make.

It's true that Juventus usually prefers to sign coaches who have a lot of experience in big competitions, but I think Juventus could try new things like Leverkusen who chose a coach like Xabi Alonso even though we know this coach didn't have much experience in the managerial field before, but since Xabi Alonso Coaching Leverkusen over time, the club experienced significant improvement and can now become champions in the Bundesliga thanks to Xabi Alonso's intelligence.
