Thanks all and sorry for the late reply, and really thanks a lot for all helping out, our issue got resolved after migrating the wallet to Electrum, thanks a lot to all again.
Good thing you were able to follow the instructions and get your issue solved, one last thing, i hope you are no longer using the seed phrase generated in your blockchain.com wallet, even if you have imported it into Electrum, it is still not recommended. Create a new wallet, and send all your funds into the wallet created in Electrum, that is a much safer option.
