As for the safety of cexes, well nothing is safe. a wallet isn't safe, a ledger isn't safe, storing your pk somewhere isn't safe... that's why you don't leave your assets all in one place, you diversify.
Pretty sure I didn't delete them but I don't disagree with the deletion. Looks like they were reported by multiple users for being off topic/low value. If you actually want to help out the forum then you can report all the other low quality "jeetposts" for a mod to evaluate.

As reminder, you could provide strong/hard proof if you bother sign message which contain lot of coin. But it require you to use non-custodial wallet with sign message feature.
