When I checked the final result of Villarreal vs Real Madrid, I was surprised that the match ended in a 4-4 draw because Real Madrid was leading Villarreal by 1-4 at halftime. Secondly, the reason why Sørloth was able to score four goals against Real Madrid is because most of Real Madrid's first eleven didn't feature in this match.
Villarreal made an extraordinary comeback at home after trailing 1-4 in the first half. The most impressive thing about this match is, Sørloth scored 3 goals in a very short time between minutes 48 to 56, another goal was scored in the first half.
I don't think Real Madrid didn't take this game seriously, but their defense was very poor especially in the second half. Real Madrid really looked good in the first half, but Villarreal changed everything in the second half and managed to prevent defeat. But fortunately, Real Madrid did not suffer a defeat because otherwise it would have been their second defeat this season in La Liga.
Real Madrid's performance is not good in the game against Villareal, from 4-1 to 4-4, to be honest, the performance is very poor and the players that are not supposed to be in the game are the ones who caused the reason why Villarreal made a comeback and scored goals to end the match draw, players like Ceballos and militao are not supposed to be on the match, the first goal scored by Villarreal was a mistake from Ceballos and the remaining three goals were military fault, the Militao is not a good defender because even before I didn’t see him like a good defender in Real Madrid, a defender can not stop a player and a defender will be falling on the pitch like he’s not in the good shape.
I know many people will say that Militao is good and what makes him perform like that is the injury he sustained in the past but for me, since last season military has not been good, last season Militao made many mistakes that led to goals and that is why Real Madrid defensive position is not good and end up in second place last season, Real Madrid has to get another defensive player if nacho leaves because if they didn’t get another defender Militao and Alaba are not good enough to hold the position, although they have Rudiger and he’s the best defender in Real Madrid now but Real Madrid still need another defender to make the position strong next season.
