Documents don't need to be written in English actually they just need to be written in "Latin international format" according to their own official requirements. They don't need to be printed either, because they officially accept "original photo or a PDF file of the documents, screenshots will not be accepted"
If they don't respect that, they are scamming the customer, there is no other way to describe what they would do.

It's not useful to lock your 11pages thread IMO Willowbitcoin, because when I see people from the gambling section recommanding this casino to a high roller looking to wager $10k stakes, I think they urgently need to be more informed about its actual practices.
BTW have you asked them why they demand proof of payments of your utility bills while it's not mentioned anywhere? And why it must be the 3 last months while they claim to accept documents up to 6months old?

Yes, they should be acceptable, but unless I understand this case wrongly, Stake specifically asked OP to provide them in [a photographed] print-out. I am not sure if scanning them is acceptable or not [past case indicate it was not], but this quote below tell me that they did not accept his digital receipt.
