Documents don't need to be written in English actually they just need to be written in "Latin international format" according to their own official requirements. They don't need to be printed either, because they officially accept "original photo or a PDF file of the documents, screenshots will not be accepted"
If they don't respect that, they are scamming the customer, there is no other way to describe what they would do.

BTW have you asked them why they demand proof of payments of your utility bills while it's not mentioned anywhere? And why it must be the 3 last months while they claim to accept documents up to 6months old?

Yes, they should be acceptable, but unless I understand this case wrongly, Stake specifically asked OP to provide them in [a photographed] print-out. I am not sure if scanning them is acceptable or not [
