The recent ETH transaction congestion was resolved this morning and all the support requests made via tickets and emails were answered.

Payout congestion on the Ethereum network (also affecting USDT, DAI and USDC payouts) happen often on eXch and are usually caused when somebody creates an order with a medium gas fee then the recommended network (gas) fee spikes during the deposit confirmation causing the delay in the payout confirmation and for all the subsequent orders. Ethereum is a non-UTXO-based network where a transaction can be confirmed only when the previous transactions from the same address are confirmed. If this situation will repeat too often in future, we will remove the medium fee option for the Ethereum network and enforce a minimum base fee of 20 Gwei on top of the current gas network fee.
