As for Napoli, I don't have the right words to describe their performance so far and obviously everyone knows how bad they are. The change of coach was the start of a disaster for Napoli and this fact was proven by the lopsided results they got. There is nothing special they should be proud of this season.
Apart from that, if we talk about Roma, to be honest, they have actually experienced significant improvement since being handled by De Rossi and if they don't immediately take quick steps by sacking Mourinho, it is likely that they will remain at the bottom of the table as happened at the start of the season. The club management has realized this and is moving quickly to overcome the existing problems and that is a step that should be appreciated.
The change of coach will be quite influential and I am not surprised by what happens because every new coach cannot continue what has happened, everything requires a process and Napoli's management made a few mistakes at the start of the season when they asked to change coaches.
What Roma management did was quite lucky, it was not easy to make the team's performance even better when they fired the coach in the middle of the season and De Rossi was able to answer all people's doubts even though at the beginning many doubted De Rossi.
