Arms (triceps and biceps)
This is actually the area I focus the most, there's been an amazing improvement on my biceps, as well as my pectorals and i couldn't be any happier about it.
Focusing mainly on one muscle group when working out which is also know as isolation exercise may not really good for it may not give you the required balance sometimes it make us look shapeless and unbalanced on the ground.
I noticed a change in the push-up activity table, wow I was amazed when I saw it I applaud you for that @Dirtykeyboard, the usernames are been arranged orderly and accordingly in a descending order which has made the table looks more beautiful.
Definitely a well thought and beautifully made table, we can only get stronger and smarter as the challenge goes here to submit my report though it’s a distance short from most of y’all I’m quite pleased at the success and steady growth of my stamina and strength. 100k,Briankimp1,3,45,2024-22-05
Unlike before the usernames in the table use to look zigzag but now there is a massive improvement in it, both numbers of pushers are also improving to show that we are all benefiting from this push-up challenge.
Looking at your push-up record format @Briankimp1 there is a little error in the last phase which is the calendar the correct format is to be
YYYY-MM-DD and not
YYYY-DD-MM hope you understand what I mean you can edit it so that your push-up format won't look different from others in the table thanks.
