Farewell Champions League for Toni Kroos or Champions League for the first time for Marco Reus? Of course this will be the most debated thing in the final. We know that initially the news of the separation was announced from Dortmund who said that their club legend would leave them at the end of the season and all football fans hoped to see Marco Reus win the Champions League trophy with Dortmund.

But now it is clear that the situation is different and Real Madrid also have something they have to win together with Toni Kroos who will retire from football after Euro 2024 ends and this will be his 6th Champions League trophy if he manages to win it later. It is clear that all eyes are on these two players from Germany and you need to know that in 2013 the two of them faced each other when Toni Kroos was still in a Bayern Munich uniform and managed to beat Marco Reus, who at the start of his career managed to reach the final with Dortmund. In the future, this will continue to happen where the final place is the same and both of them will leave as legends.
Unfair to Reus because Dortmund isn't as great of a club as Real Madrid, look at what Dortmund has done at their own nation this year and you will see the main reason why that is unfair. Sure Dortmund managed to get here and that means they are still good, but I do not think that even they consider themselves as title contenders, they are happy to be there and that's it.

I personally believe that we need to see something insane, like very very unlikely things happening in the game that could maybe make it work one way or another. I am not really going to end up with something that can change all that much, we should just consider whatever we are going to do. That is why I believe that we are going to see Real win, and a great farewell to Kroos and Modric.
But sometimes a team like Dortmund just needs luck when facing Real Madrid and of course most people want to see that happen. If we talk about it as a whole, of course Real Madrid will still be the undisputed favorite and perhaps once again Marco Reus will accept the bitter reality of not being able to win his first Champions League title.

This farewell will make the Los Blancos squad's performance even brighter and they will have more reason to win this title for Kroos who is about to retire. On the other hand, Modric will also be very emotional when Casemiro left him two years ago and soon he will also be left behind by his midfield partner, Kroos. It will be a sad yet happy season for Modric if he can win it once again with Kroos.
