I've read and watched stories of people who hit a big jackpot and from a first-person point of view, the first thing that comes to mind is that " I wish I was the lucky person" and the effect of such an experience has always been to keep trying with the hope that I might get lucky to win my jackpot.
Seeing other gamblers made fortune through gambling can motivate someone to keep playing because of the thought that the time will come you'll win too. However, it's not a good mindset in gambling because every gamblers have different fate. Thus, don't be so hopeful because it can only lead to losses if you didn't control yourself when spending money in gambling. Just because you believe you'll gain huge too if you keep trying.
Have you ever increased the amount you normally used in betting just because someone you know won big by betting with a greater amount?
I used to be a gambler that is easily attracted to big win of gamblers. What i'm doing is, I will play the same game and expecting to hit a decent amount too. But that's not what we supposed to do when we gamble. Don't be attracted of other gambler's big win. Bet the amount you can afford to lose and refrain from being too inspired to win huge.
