Their first task is to bring in a new coach for next season after they decided to fire Pochettino, even though in terms of appearance Chelsea has experienced improvement under this coach. But again, Chelsea seems to want something instant and doesn't want to see the process being carried out, if they continue like this then I don't think they will be any better, because their target is too high amidst the team's condition which is not good.

Now I hope they don't rush to sign players before they get a coach, I hope they recruit players based on recommendations from the coach. Because if they move without thinking about that then I think it will be a failed transfer. And I hope that too, they will not regret their decision at this time, because by sacking Pochettino there is no guarantee that they will get better, and maybe they will even get worse again. I wonder who the coach they will appoint next.

It's a shame that Chelsea only wants the best to happen instantly, because of course everything needs a process to get better. with Pochettino who has indeed been able to give the best in terms of Chelsea's performance which has improved, but with Chelsea being impatient this will certainly be a problem or obstacle for themselves. In fact, I don't think Chelsea will be able to perform better next season if they continue like that, because of course to get good or best results requires a process, adapting to each other is part of the process of becoming better in the future.

It's true what you said, firing Pochettino is of course no guarantee that they will be better in the future, especially if they can't be patient because they want something instantly. Even with the coach they will appoint next, it probably won't be able to make them better because I think the problem lies with them themselves who can't be patient in the process.
