If every season Chelsea always replaces their old coach with a new coach, of course Chelsea will always find it difficult to find more wins in every new season they live. Because every new coach is different in the way they train players and also different in how they read the players' character, so changing coaches in each season will actually have a big influence on the good and bad of the team's performance. Although dominantly it might be worse if the coach was not experienced enough in coaching an English team like Chelsea.
Its difficult for Chelsea has consistency performance if replacing head coach every season and need new tactician adopted well by their players with difference head coach. Pochettino have sack from his position after reaching mutual contract and actually its bad impact for Chelsea ha good trend performance after success finishing on 6th standings position with potential playing in Europe League next season. For next season, under new head coach will adopt new tactician and Chelsea's players must adopt well with difference tactician if won't difficult return back to winning trend.
Chelsea's management should change their bad habit by sacking manager every season, its bad for long term perform and players need new adaption with new head coach every season with formation will drastically change under difference head coach.
sometimes I think that Chelsea bad or difficult pursuit of its former glory is only because of bad management without thinking about the long term every time they want to do anything.
as you said, I really support it because Pochettino has succeeded in finding the consistent performance that has been missing for so long and even though he only ended up in 6th place at the moment, for me it is a sign that Chelsea can appear more consistent in the next season like at the end of this season can get a winning streak.
well, if Chelsea management still insists on firing Pochettino in the hope of trying instantly to regain his glory, it seems like it will be very difficult because players who have been around for a long time will have to go through a long adaptation with a new coach and of course the strategies and tactics used will be different.
old players who have been at Chelsea before will definitely feel annoyed if they always replace coaches like this because it will definitely be difficult to create a strong team with stable performance when coaches are always changing which can affect Chelsea future.
and I'm sure that if after this Chelsea really fires Pochettino and doesn't get an experienced coach, I'm sure Chelsea will just end up the same as last season.
