Asked support and I got the answer already, my account was suspended due to activity check (I guess becasue I withdraw 5x amount from the amount I received from the VIP transfer)
Luckily my account has been restored today and I can access my account again through email.
Anyone here knows about the $MWIN points? I got 5000 $MWIN points because I have one referral but I have no idea about this points.
