I did not this article right away when I created this discussion and waited for members' opinions some opinions are somewhat similar to what this guy did back in 2010 It is understandable because the jackpot is very huge but will you go to the extent of doing a stake out in the lottery office and wait for three months to get the price, have you not think of the risks.

Based on the article two winners did a stakeout already.
