So anything we say to that account doesn't matter because they are using this account just for posting the updates on this thread.

I have heard somewhere, may be on this thread itself that this account is only used for promotions.
They have automated the process of this account posting promotions and that's the reason I mentioned it as a bot.
An automated script is as good as a bot.
