In 2018 it was easy and fun. There were not many restrictions and merit system was in the early days. I was lucky because I joined CM as soon as I reached SR rank, so I imagine it was much easier in 2016 and 2014 as there were no standards for high-quality posts and the forum was the only place for these projects to advertise, so they did not care about the quality of the posts.

The only thing that everyone was afraid of was ignore lists and ban lists, where campaign managers prepare black lists^[1] that prevent you from participating. If your name is not on those lists, your chance of earning is guaranteed.

These lists may be the reason why so many alt accounts are created.
