I hate being alone. When I'm alone, it forces me to face myself and think about what I've done. So when I'm by myself, I constantly scroll through my phone or aimlessly watch TV shows
What have you done that it makes you feel bad when you think about it?
We all have bad disturbing thoughts we wish to ignore but personally I like being alone. I am someone who value my personal space and my personal time. Don’t get me wrong, I love spending time with family and friends but if I don’t have my own time where I can just sit down with my thoughts I fear I might go crazy.
