Every clubs have challenges they're facing and looking forward to resolving them. Financial problems could with compromising positions and Barcelona is popularly recognized based on the heavy debts tagged on their name. Xavi Hernandez failed to dominate this season and thereby leading Barcelona out of the glorious path he paved for them the previous season. Barcelona have been through alot lately and their challenges can't be merely won but it comes with consistency in their peak performance.
Barcelona will only be able to show new performance next season if they have found more ways to improve that they need at the moment. Because if the team still has internal problems and the debt is still not settled, of course it will still be quite difficult for Barcelona to produce a brilliant performance next season. Because this season this has really been seen in the La Liga championship so Barcelona still needs new things that can solve the problems they are currently facing.
It's difficult to imagine that to happen with barcelona under a new coach. According to the most recent announcement from Roma, Barcelona has already fired Xavi from the club and the club has been found a replacement for xavi which is hansi flick. This means that Barcelona will have to start from scratch to rebuild the club under a new coach and it takes time for the club to compete with real madrid under a new coach, im very pessimistic with the performance from the club in the upcoming season under hansi flick. I'm not feeling good about Hansi flick, who will be Xavi's replacement caused by he has no good history in managing the club.
He doesn't know much about Barcelona's playing style but probably flick will change it to follow what he wanted. We may be seeing a different Barcelona under him. I'm wondering if Barcelona will climb back up from the bottom again caused by the new coach is gonna change everything in the club. It is quite clear from what Laporta has done.
Sacking Xavi from the club does more than just change the coach. It will also change the way Barcelona plays in the coming season. I'm sure Flick will also change Barcelona's gameplay.
I recommend that you do not have high expectations for Barcelona. By hiring a new coach, the club is only adding to its problems. The team must adapt to the new strategy that will be used by flick soon.
