Both players in question are among the top ten good players in the world right now, and they are playing different positions that require different responsibilities, and they are both keeping up with it. The reason it looks like Jude Bellingham's name is more mentioned this season than Harry Kane is because he helped Real Madrid win this season's La Liga title. While Kane Harry tried and scored so many goals for Bayern Munich to win the Bundesliga title, the stubborn Bayern Leverkusen invincible record made them lose out of the Bundesliga title race, and it made Harry Kane look like one who couldn't help Bayern Munich win the Bundesliga title.
Sometimes it's very possible a player can be very good but will not be appreciated enough because of a single factor which may include the winning of the league title and that's exactly the case of cane, he's such a brilliant and excellent player but because he wasn't able to win the league title again this season, he's rather considered weak and not good enough to be able to get his team the league title.
He had what looked like the most number of goals by a single player this season in the whole of Europe but then it wasn't considered like such because he wasn't able to win their domestic league title again this season, something they have been able to actually win through out previous seasons of which for me I don't see as a big deal enough because they have won it subsequent seasons of which he has been a key played to such success hence he isn't to be considered a weak player or not have been able to achieve a whole lot, he was able to lead the team to the champions league semi finals and was also able to help the team qualify for the champions league from their domestic aswell.
Next season is another season and we should aswell consider that he's not a very young player and cannot continually be as effective as he would be much earlier than now, he has been really helpful to the team at the beginning of the season and at this point it can be said he's been a good player enough even if he isn't as efficient as he had always been at the very beginning of his arrival to the team.
