It is now 100% sure, 1xbit is owned by 1xbet (even though they say they aren't) look, I created an account using Korean VPN:
1xbet is owned by BetB2B. BetB2B is a platform, ready CMS that gives them the possibility to create as many casinos as they want with their own CMS and ready-made templates. Basically, they buy domains, use their CMS to create many casinos and scam people endlessly. I don't have valid proofs but I think that 1xBet is the main product of BetB2B, they even had the same brand colours.As it seems, they forgot to change the name 1xbet with 1xbit on their Korean page. They are the shadiest company that I have ever seen in my life. When I ask them why do they have the same template, they always say that it is just a coincidence and that's all.
So let me get this straight... I initially thought 1xbet es some kind of main branch of the gambling company, which was suppose to be a relatively not so shady business, so people who does not have anything to do with cryptocurrency or Bitcoin could gamble on it, but according to what you are saying, the company behind both casinos (1xbit and 1xbet) is not mainly within the business of gambling at all, but rather within the business model or template creation and selective scamming. Is that what you are supposed to imply with this post? Because if that is the case the plot really thickens from here.
Also, congratulations on the good catch on noticing they forgot to change the name of their casino in the version offered to those who have Korean as first language. It is something I would have not noticed myself even by accident which browsing their English or Spanish versions of the casino for researching purposes.
