Xavi was expected to be kicked from Barcelona at any moment especially that few weeks ago he was declared out then resumed... Their might be some misunderstanding and tensions between him and the staff but that was mainly due to the poor results they had and for not winning anything this season.
Barcelona was devastated this season by not getting any trophies, but the position in the standings can still be said to be good for Barcelona this season. Because apart from these bad results, I am actually more convinced of other sentiments that caused Xavi to be expelled from Barcelona at the end of this season and replaced with someone else. However, I am also not quite sure that Barcelona's new coach can bring Barcelona back to its glory next season if Barcelona is still experiencing a financial crisis.
Obviously, Xavi dismissal was not about the results he got this season, and also not about not winning any trophies this season but about the disputes and or differences of opinion that occurred. Therefore, initially Xavi had stated to leave the team at the end of this season but over time, there were disputes and or differences of opinion until finally Barcelona stated to dismiss Xavi. So, regarding Barcelona's failure this season not to get the trophy it is not a problem factor but even so, I really prefer Xavi to leave because after all, Barcelona also does not appreciate Xavi at all.
