Xavi is a good coach who has done various things to make Barcelona rise from adversity. Xavi doesn't get much budget support to strengthen his team, but he doesn't lack ways to make Barcelona have a reliable squad. Of course he has encountered unpleasant stories at Barcelona as a coach, even after bringing Barcelona back to life and competing for the title every season.

Xavi is a good coach, but we know how things turn out when the coach and management do not agree with each other. Previously, Laporta supported Xavi, he backed him, he believed in him and that is why they made sure they got him players last season and the season before that.
When people talk about the financial situation of Barcelona they make it seem like Barcelona didn't buy any players. The club brought in players like Lewandoski, Kounde, Raphinha, Gundugan, Christensen, Cancelo, Felix, Roque, to atoith the players Barcelona already have. yeah yeah, that squad is not the best of the squad but they're a squad that should have been able to compete. If the club feels Xavi has failed to achieve what they wanted then they have the right to let him go. That's what differendifferentiateseam from the rest.
If a coach stays in Madrid and doesn't win any trophy while performing like Barcelona he would be fired.

Laporta pleaded with him to change his decision, and he did, but then he decided to sack him a few days later. Does that make sense? Laporta behaved badly in this case. Of course, Xavi didn't achieve everything they wanted this season, but this is not the right way to sack him. The way the authorities handled Xavi's departure upsets me. Xavi shouldn't have changed his mind about leaving at the end of the season.
By the way, I would say his time at Barca was good, considering he didn't have much to work with. Winning La Liga and finishing in the top 4 is great. Isn't it too early for Laporta to get another coach while their financial conditions can't support recruiting star players?
