As for Freebitco.in, I am able to log into my account on the very first attempt without any problem at all. In their thread, I see some complaints similar to yours in the past few days. Unfortunately, we can not really help you ascertain what exactly the issue is. The support should be able to give you the right answer.
Have you tried contacting their support through the contact form under FAQ?
Yes, the brother wrote to them through the FAQ from his account, because this option is only available after logging in. Since I can't get into the account, I can't ask a question. I also wrote directly to the email
noreply@freebitco.in, but no reply. I have also added this email in the address book, when I read here on the forum that it could be blocked by the email provider.
