Most of the peoples are really shocked with this Bayern Munich move, but things were not good as they were rejected by few top quality coaches then now having Vincent Kompany as coach is surprising because his track record is not good with having only Burnley which is now relegated but still few are having feeling this could be big gamble by the Bayern Munich because now as we are having new generation coaches doing things can take good change for them as well after having worst ever end of the season for them in last 13 years.
Three years contract is settled, and now we have to watch how things will be gone for them after this poor season can they be able to compete with the Bayer Leverkusen, Stuttgart and RB Leipzig which is doing good and having sights to stay into top spots for next season as well for me this could be news of this transfer window with Bayern Munich for Kompany.
Bayern Munich is Bayern Munich and even a bad coach will be in the top 3 or 4 in the Bundesliga with the team without making a contribution. Yes, it is currently modern to bring in recently retired footballers as coaches, but you have to differentiate between tactical players and simple players and Kompany was never a tactician like Xabi Alonso or Zidane for me. That's why I think it was a huge mistake for Bayern to hire him as coach. I also don't understand what is expected of him when he didn't even manage to stay in the PL with Burnley?
