It's obvious that they blame Tuchel for this since they decided to replace him. But what’s surprising is that they agreed to keep him in the team and even negotiated with him about it, but they couldn’t come to an agreement because Tuchel demanded a longer contract, but they signed a contract with Kompany for three years, which also looks too confident on their part , for such a young coach without much experience. This decision seems hasty to me for now, but we’ll see how it ends in a season.
Vincent Kompany is mediocre and we know possibly what he can do and simply what he's incompetent about. Bayern Munich making huge mistakes again. First they sacked Hansi Flick who was just have few minor challenges in the main moments and replaced him with Thomas Tuchel, where did that get them? Ending the season with zero trophy in their collection which happen to be one of the worst years for the Bavarians.
I think the English Premier League even the English Championship is far different from the German league where Vinchave ent Kompany is appointment as the new coach of Bayern Munich. Yes he failed in England not because he is not a good coach but because of the team and the level of players it the team but going to Bayern Munich where football is different from what is in England he may have a good record with Bayern Munich since they will be expecting him to work with the players they have and the players that will be joining the team next season. I don't think it's a mistake by letting Kompany manage the club but he's got a lot of experience from his past records as a coach and coming to one of the biggest team in Germany, getting a good result is what is needed and taking the team back to it's position is his priority nothing else.
