Normally in my local thread (not yet board), if we post multiple posts in a row, admin would just merge both posts. But in my case that won't be possible. And it's only logical that I post part 1 and part 2 in a row. I guess I'll have to talk with the admin for an exception or wait for some other guy to post, so that I can post my 2nd half of the topic. 
there you go, Xal0lex(a moderator on "Other languages/locations") gave you an answer. you can also put a disclaimer at the top of your post that there will be two parts of it just to clarify you are not trying to break a forum rule.
