I think this is the best period for Man UTD to start running to get better players but when it matters most they end up losing the player and now it has to do with Chelsea who are competing for the player Olise which I feel will not want to join UTD, it doesn't matter if ETH has been give a little or larger amount to get new players, all I know is that Manchester United are never getting any top player to join the squad rather they'll lose players from the team.
Before now Chelsea have been hunting to get Olise before he signed a new contract (correct me if I'm wrong) so if he wants something better Chelsea would be the right club for him,. Olise can blend in easily and his partnership with Palmer would be great (that's if Chelsea get his signature).

I think between this two club, Manchester united is the club that is really in dire need of his services, because this Manchester united side lack creativity in their attacking play, and I believe that signing olise will add so much creativity to this Manchester united team generally.
And as for Chelsea, I really don't think they need him that much because they have cole palmer, who plays almost the same way as olise, their major concern should be bringing in a better coach that can improve the team, and strike a balance between attack and defense, than looking for more attacking players .
Lastly, i think that it's high time olise move to a bigger club, so as to actualize his true potential, so him moving to a bigger club would be more ideal for his career.
