Most of the people in our society are always depressed about something, in this case what kind of activities do you do when you are depressed??
I Don't know with others but me?
My way of depression relieving is to go on the rides and climb mountains , in there I can shout all my burdens.
not that often but at least once or twice A year am doing this to regain my composure in life.
we are human and its normal that we feel being depressed so better to deal with it directly or else suffer for more.
