Re: How do you deal with depression and anxiety?

Most of the people in our society are always depressed about something, in this case what kind of activities do you do when you are depressed??
I find that physical activity makes a great way to improve my mood. Exercising gives you endorphins which are hormones in the brain that basically make you feel happier and reduces stress levels. It doesn’t have to be very intense actually as simple as taking a walk outside can do wonders for your mental health. It’s also great for physical health so you are like hitting two birds with one stone.
