Big revolution in Serie A for the next Year.

Sarri left Lazio
Mou left Roma
Allegri left Juventus
Pioli left Inter

4 ot the best teams have or will have a new coach.

For Juventus we will probably have Motta in the bench, for Milan we may have Fonseca.
Man, big teams firing coaches left and right is awful. It emphasizes the game's urgency. However, some of these choices are puzzling. Get Xavi at Barcelona. He won the league last season with a lackluster team. I find the dismissal harsh. Bayern Munich has Tuchel. Maybe this season wasn't his best, but he won the Champions League. He may have needed additional time to fix things

Yes, big clubs are under a lot of pressure. Fans want trophies, boards want results. But changing managers isn't always effective. Sometimes long-term success requires steadiness and patience. Look at Klopp at Liverpool; he took his time building a team and now they're dominant. Change for its own sake isn't always best. It can interrupt team rhythm, generate confusion, and backfire. It's sometimes best to stick with a manager you trust and give them time to improve
