I think for sure many people here gave advice that the most important thing we can do is not continue to play and not try to return what we gave to the casino and this is the best advice. Then we need to act consistently and the next stage will be that we need to find new hobbies in life in order to escape from gambling and find ourselves in something new. Of course, it will be difficult for many to do this, but it was very easy for me and I found additional income in areas that interest me. If the player cannot find this, then it makes sense to simply find something that we have always been interested in, but we could not try. Life itself gives us this chance for new discoveries. Sitting and being sad about the fact that we lost money or our entire deposit and doing nothing is the worst thing because in this way we will only go into a long depression and nothing more. I suggest everyone start taking action and be active, and not stop after losses.

Good point, moving forward and taking actions is the best remedy instead of keep regretting and dwelling with what happened from your previous session, most of the time when you suffer from that kind of defeat you always wanted to recover and instead of enjoying the game you'll end up losing more, the kind of emotions that might lead you into addiction.

You should have that will-power to forget about that previous losses and moving on as it's needed to have a fresh mind when dealing back.

It's more on how you sholud deal and handle your loss and keep that enjoyment and not that aggression to try and winning back your money.

No matter our past experience in life, we need to accept it and move on with our lives no matter the great loss that gamble has done to us. If a gambler cannot let go of his losses after losing, it shows that he is not a matured gambler and it will affect him a lot, in the sense that he will end up in poverty and frustration. However, if a gambler can ignore his losses and move on with life, he will learn from his mistakes and use that as a reference in order for him not to make wrong decisions in life again.

This is because he was able to know how backward his gambling losses have kept him, and he will want to cover for all those days when he was busy chasing his losses due to addiction. If that gambler wants to continue gambling, it means that he must work on himself to enable him gamble in a way that he will not be addicted and will also be able to control his losses. Otherwise, he needs not to gamble anymore to avoid falling into the trap of addiction the second time.
