There are some disadvantages to renting, besides to its many advantages. If everyone has enough money, they will definitely decide to buy a property. Because having your own home allows you to feel safe, comfortable, and secure without having to worry about paying every month. When you buy a house, you will pay it once, but when you rent, you'll pay every month. Even if renting a place appears to be less expensive, there is no guarantee that the rent will remain constant over the years. When you rent, the largest issue you may encounter is that the landlord will set the regulations because it is his property, not yours. While renting you help someone to pay off loan and getting nothing for yourself. However, this is my perspective, and for whatever reason, I believe that owning a home is the best option for the future, especially if you have already started a family.
The renting system was introduced a long time ago and has helped people have a roof over their heads since, when you look at the amount you would pay only to build, everything that has an advantage also has a negative. Having your own home will undoubtedly make you feel safer, but one thing that will really ease your mind is the amount of money you'll need to pay each month or year to maintain your apartment. Rent increases are so frequent that we're not sure when they will stop because expenses for living keep rising.  thing keep adding up money in the market and i wonder were we are heading to and another problem is people always want to make money.

The rent will rise gradually according to when the landlord wishes, so it is preferable to have your own. For the most part, all you can do is obtain a plot of land, and even if you are renting, you can begin developing yours gradually, and before you know it, the project will have progressed far enough that you will be able to move to your own home and be free of paying rent. And if you look at the regulations that some landlords impose, they are purely for the purpose of making their tenants uncomfortable. renting helps but the best thing will still be owning your own home, because you wont be regulated when you are in your own house so owning will still remain the best.
