Big revolution in Serie A for the next Year.

Sarri left Lazio
Mou left Roma
Allegri left Juventus
Pioli left Inter

4 ot the best teams have or will have a new coach.

For Juventus we will probably have Motta in the bench, for Milan we may have Fonseca.
Pioli was Milans manager, not Inters, Inters manager is Inzaghi (loved him when he was a player too) and he is staying until next summer at least, probably will stay even longer if they win the league again. I think it is quite obvious that Milan didn't do as well as expected and that is why they fired Pioli, Mourinho has been fired for a long time and De Rossi has done quite alright so far, same with Lazio because Sarri didn't do anything good, Lazio sucked all season long.

I feel like it is quite obvious that we are going to see some changes one way or another, and could not really consider that as a bad thing, we need to consider that as normal and not really approach it as something wild, it is very normal to do this. Teams fire managers when they do badly.
No doubt, coaching changes are like a revolving door. Its challenging, with Pioli leaving Milan, Pochettino and Ten Hag leaving too soon. Like the boardroom, the pressure is on and occasionally people arent treated fairly. Coaches need time to build something great. Creating a winning team takes time. It requires vision, trust, and hard effort. Firing a coach every other season creates instability, not success. Its the way things are, as you stated. We don't have to like it. We might be able to offer these folks some breathing room. Let them develop their team and demonstrate their skills. If they dont work, modify them. But don't shoot at the first sight of peril. It hurts the team, supporters, and sport.
