Good point, moving forward and taking actions is the best remedy instead of keep regretting and dwelling with what happened from your previous session, most of the time when you suffer from that kind of defeat you always wanted to recover and instead of enjoying the game you'll end up losing more, the kind of emotions that might lead you into addiction.
You should have that will-power to forget about that previous losses and moving on as it's needed to have a fresh mind when dealing back.
It's more on how you should deal and handle your loss and keep that enjoyment and not that aggression to try and winning back your money.
