Chelsea started playing normally at the end of the season, so maybe we shouldn't change coaches just yet. However, there are rumours that Xavi is being considered for the head coach position, since he is leaving Barcelona anyway, why not try his hand at the EPL. If it works out, he would be an extremely sought after coach.

That is unlikely to happen because it is seen from some news now that it is certain that Pochettino and Chelsea will separate at the end of the season where Chelsea have accepted Pochettino's resignation even though we do not know what the reason behind Poche's separation from Chelsea is clear at this time Chelsea will most likely have to try again to find a new coach for sustainability next season.

With conditions like this then indeed this could be a problem again for Chelsea because however with the conditions that occur now it is difficult actually for Chelsea to regain the same momentum if in the end the coach who will be brought in does not really match what is expected later.

In addition, with a new coach, it indirectly means that Chelsea must be ready with a reshuffle because in the end every coach will definitely do the scheme according to what he wants and it is not impossible that Pochettino's dream club can now be changed greatly in terms of overhaul by Chelsea's new coach next season.

The truth is that Mauricio Pochentino's first season at Chelsea wasn't as impressive as many had thought it would be at the start of the season and that's why a lot of people especially the club fans weren't happy with the club's overall performance this season. However, considering how improved Chelsea were in their last 10 games of the season, I wasn't expecting the club management to sack Mauricio Pochentino after his last game of the season with the club.
Chelsea if we almost can remember hasn't been doing well in recent seasons and you don't expect a new manager to perform magic immediately he steps in. It's always a gradual process that requires gradual progress for the club to come back to winning ways again. Hopefully they get a manager that'll be good enough to change the performance of the club as fast as the club management wants it
