I tried to login to my account on a new device and I should say that I have the same problem as some other users have posted about recently. I don't get the authorization email.
It may worth mentioning that I am getting the promotional emails without any problem.
There is something wrong with their email service. I am not getting emails for when my locked token periods reach expiration. Since our premium transaction history isn’t updated in real time, I was relying on the data from the emails to keep track of my profits on a spreadsheet. I have actually not made a profit yet, after 3 years, but it was still nice to have data available to determine how much longer I need until I can finally divest from this token without such a huge loss.
