Considering the achievements of Bayer Leverkusen under the tutelage of Xabi Alonso on the just concluded season, there's no doubt to the fact that the Spanish young manager is currently one of the best football managers. At the start of the season, very few persons would've believed that the club will achieve everything they did achieve this season. Bayern Munich struggled to win the German Bundesliga title in the 2022/23 season because they were yet replace their former striker Robert Lewandowski but after Bayern Munich management succeeded in signing former Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane last summer almost everyone had already concluded in their mind that Bayern Munich was going to win the the German Bundesliga in the concluded season but that didn't discourage Xabi Alonso from helping his club lift the German title for the first time in the club's history.
Becoming the first team manager of Bayer Leverkusen in 2022 was Xabi Alonso's first job as a club's first team manager and he still went on to build a very formidable team who now has the record for the most unbeaten run in Europe. I think Xabi Alonso will do more in years to come
Bayern Munich has finished in the third position. Of course, everybody knows that. but remember all the people were joking about the 'Harry Kane' curse being Real when Bayern Munich lost against Leipzig towards the start of the season? I believe it was a cup match. of course, I do not believe those things. but that joke actually came true. Since the last 11 years, they finished as the winner of the Bundesliga. and as soon as he joined them they have lost the Bundesliga title. and not only that they were unable to win anything. I hope the performance is going to improve from them in the next season. and obviously, those who actually think that the problem was 'Harry Kane', they are definitely stupid. They are going to change the coach going into the next season. I hope they will be able to bring in better results with the new coach. and it is good to see that they have actually realized that the problem was the coach. Not 'Harry Kane'. it was actually very surprising because so far we have seen that Bayern Munich does not get any competition. and this season they were not able to give any competition to Leverkusen. That was pretty strange. since we are not used to seeing that. I hope there is going to be a big competition between them and Leverkusen for the Bundesliga title next season
