For me I already knew from the onset that it would take just a famous name to actually being that Barcelona vibe and football that the whole world enjoyed so much. Barcelona at their peak was never a force to reckon with and now even with all the efforts of xavi, I still can't place xavi as the man for that job, coaching Barcelona is like Carrying a heavy load and burden on your hands and xavi isn't well experienced enough to handle that kind of responsibility although he actually tried his best but at the end his leaving the club was bound to happen whether he likes it or not.
These days most top clubs are coached by young and inexperienced coaches. If you look at the age bracket you will see that some of them are just thirty and above. Xavi has done all he can to manage a practically broke Barcelona. I don't think any coach will perform well when they don't have access to the players they think fit in their pattern of play. Let's see who will replace the Spanish international and the results he will produce. But I know that Xavi will not be out of job for a long time because he will be sought by many clubs.
