I remember that Xavi said (even when he was about to quit) that he needed a break of a year in order to rest and recover. Plans may change, but probably for this he must receive some interesting offer. With all due respect, he has not yet outgrown the status of a “beginner” coach, so it is unlikely that he will receive it, he needs to choose some ordinary club to prove himself or wait for the mood to change in Barcelona and return there.

A manager who managed a team like Barcelona when they were in 9th position in the league and took them to second position. At the end of the season, the club had to rely partially on free transfers because they were not financially buoyant, that manager took that squad and won the Spanish Super Cup against Real Madrid. That season he won the La Liga, defeating OG managers like Carlo Ancelotti and Diego Simeone with a smaller budget.
The next season was poor, based on the standard of the club because in a lot of clubs, he would have been applauded. Barcelona under Xavi finished 2nd in La Liga and got to the quarter-finals of the Champions League. What does a manager have to do to be rated?

I know Xavi is not a world-class coach, but saying he's still a beginner manager is what I do not agree with and I don't also agree that he can't handle a big project. Maybe he won't be able to handle the top 5 clubs in Europe but he's not a beginner coach. Arterta has gone two seasons in a row without a trophy, but the whole world agrees he's a top manager.
Offers will come for Xavi and I would like him to test himself, it will only be through those tests that he'll learn and grow.
