I think Xavi will be successful if he comes to Chelsea. He has a similar structure to Spanish coaches who are tactically good, such as Pep and Xabi. I think Xavi can choose Chelsea, which can buy him the players he wants. Xavi has a great game intelligence. He knows very well where to intervene in the game. Last year, despite the impossible odds, they finished ahead of Real Madrid and became champions. They closed this season with the second best finish. I think Xavi can be successful at Chelsea
It's hard to say any coach will succeed at Chelsea. There are so many things that have to be rebuilt and upgraded in the club. Xavi is too young too put this responsibility on him, and his language barrier will not help either. He has no experience of playing and coaching outside Barcelona that make it hard for him to adapt and succeed in Premier League which is the most intense league in the world.

Xavi is a good tactician, but being a manager is more than preparing and implementing tactics. The nuance at Chelsea and Premier League doesn't seem to suit Xavi. Chelsea need to hire someone like Hansi Flick who is a tough person who is able to guide a rebuild process. Before even hiring a manager, Chelsea need to rearrange their sport director who is able to address problems in the squad and find the solutions.
