The loss in the Europa League final may hurt their heart, but they deserve to be proud of their achievement in Bundesliga with an unbeaten record. This is the first time a team in Bundesliga, even Bayern have never done that despite their dominance throughout history of Bundesliga.
Despite having a perfect season, Leverkusen still need to improve their squad to face next season. They will enter next season campaign with a big anticipation from their competitors and other teams. They will be a team to beat, because it will be a prestige by other teams to beat an unbeaten team. Leverkusen just should prepare a more diffifult campaign next season.
Defeat in the Europa League only made them fail to extend their unbeaten record in all competitions, but not in the domestic league which even now Leverkusen has not been beaten at all, in addition to successfully extending the unbeaten record in the German domestic league, now Leverkusen is of course quite happy with the achievement of two trophies that have been impossible for them to get before Alonso came, Alonso ability to bring many changes to Leverkusen has certainly changed the club history for the better in the future, for Leverkusen of course this season will be a phenomenal season and maybe even they will continue to see the 2023/24 season as their glory season in the club history.

Leverkusen were a mediocre team. Last season we did not see a better performance than Leverkusen. The team was at the sixth place in the points table. And the performance was also very poor.
